- Ensure jobsite safety requirements are implemented and enforced as part of daily field operations, in accordance with applicable regulations, contract requirements, and site-specific safety plans.
- Maintaining schedule, quality control, and compliance with contract documents
- Identifying field issues early and driving solutions—not excuses
- Producing accurate daily reports and documentation required on federal jobs
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or equivalent field leadership role
- Proven federal construction experience (GSA, USACE, NAVFAC, or military base projects strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of federal standards, inspections, and documentation
- OSHA 30 required
- Comfortable leading in regulated, fast-paced environments
- Professional, decisive, and respected on the job site
Why This Role Is Different

- Leadership team that understands construction and supports the field
- Opportunity to work on mission-critical projects with real impact
- Competitive pay based on experience—strong candidates are paid accordingly
Who Should Apply
- Superintendents tired of chaos, poor planning, or unrealistic expectations
- Field leaders who take pride in clean sites, strong schedules, and quality work
- Professionals who want stability, respect, and meaningful federal projects
