We’re seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts and build strong relationships within the residential construction space. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, project oversight, and market development.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with current customers—including contractors, builders, and homeowners—to identify new opportunities and present product solutions through onsite consultations.
• Prospect for new business via research, referrals, cold outreach, and industry networking.
• Oversee job sites to ensure construction aligns with product specifications and complies with relevant building codes.
• Keep clients informed of product updates, enhancements, and changes.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand visibility and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact details and account history.
• Prepare sales activity reports and manage expense documentation with precision.
Requirements
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the construction or specialty product industry.
• Willingness to undergo background and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
