We are growing and we have several immediate openings for EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL SUPERINTENDENTS. The ideal candidate will have approx. 5-10 years ground-up and/or remodel experience on small to mid-size projects with emphasis on RETAIL and RESTAURANT. Most projects are located in the Southeast and we provide regular trips home.

This critical position is responsible for managing and directing all job site activities to ensure project is completed within budgetary, design, scheduling and quality requirements. Coordinates the planning and purchase of equipment and materials to ensure timely delivery, supervises workflow and performance of all subcontractors and field personnel, provides routine communication, resolves construction problems and manages job safety. Partners with the Project Manager to ensure a project is a success from start-to-finish.
