Synerfac is looking for a Sr. Administrative Assistant for our client in Dulles,VA. Our Client is an expert in MEP building systems and provides integrated, full lifecycle solutions that optimize the design, construction, operation, and efficiency of buildings.
The Sr. Administrative Assistant will manage a wide range of administrative, coordination and IT support-related tasks to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Safety Team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares, edits and distributes routine correspondence, reports, and Coordinates the Safety Team calendar, including key events, Safety Programs and deliverables.
- Technical support for Safety IT Software, SharePoint (edocument filing), spreadsheets, presentations, etc., as required.
- Manages the Safety storage inventory and ordering, including PPE, training materials and incentives.
- Monitors, screens and assists in managing Safety email, mail, and telephone communications.
- Assists with coordinating onboarding of Safety Team members, special projects and safety initiatives as needed, including the setting up of Safety Training
- Document editing, proofing, formatting, and production for SOPs and Training Material
