About this position...

We are looking for a Senior Construction Superintendent who will be responsible for the on-site management and project coordination. This individual will oversee our current residential Senior Living Facility being built in the Boyertown, PA area, as well as future construction projects.
  • Leads the project construction team through all phases.
  • Assigns daily tasks to Foremen, Carpenters, and Laborers on site as needed.
  • Continuously monitors and adjusts schedules, administers budgets, cost control, quality, and safety review.
  • Ensures true Quality Partner relationships are created and maintained.
  • Monitors the construction schedule to ensure work is on time.
  • Complete schedule changes when necessary.
  • Establishes project and construction priorities.
  • Responsible for ensuring all OSHA regulations are strictly followed.
  • Attends weekly production meetings at the Harrisburg, PA corporate office.

Requirements

What we are looking for from you...
  • Minimum of 15 years combined experience of all phases of construction.
  • Minimum of 7 years as a Superintendent with experience in large multi families or Senior large Living projects.
  • Must have experience in ground-up construction on large-scale multi family apartment buildings, townhomes, or senior living facilities
  • Heavily independent and can manage jobsite with little to no supervision
  • Working experience with all phases of construction and prioritizes deadlines
  • Ability to work closely with customers, construction personnel, personnel in other work groups, contractors, suppliers, and other team members
  • Ability to work from drawings and blueprints
  • Must possess the knowledge of construction fundamentals and OSHA requirements
