Job Description
Highgate Builders, Inc. is a custom home builder located in the North Shore area of Chicago that is looking for a full-time, year-round, general jobsite cleaner/laborer.

Daily responsibilities will include:
  • General sweeping.
  • Vacuuming and organization of job site materials.
  • Accepting and moving material deliveries into the projects.
  • Installation of flooring & wall and cabinet protection.
  • Minor framing skills and handyman skills helpful.
  • All materials and tools needed will be supplied by the builder.

Benefits:
  • Full-time Year-round.
  • $45,000/year annual salary.
  • 1 week paid vacation.
  • 401K participation after 1 year of employment.
  • Health insurance.
