Piping Technology Company is seeking a hard-working and dedicated Rail Car Loading/Unloading Laborer at a gas storage facility.

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading/unloading of products into railcars and semi trucks.
  • Start, stop, and operate railcar equipment
  • Ensures that the rail car is positioned and secured at the loading rack
  • Identify and report safety or environmental concerns
  • Communicate with facility personnel via radio to advise the status of the transfer and report any problems that occur
  • Compile and/or maintain information such as time sheets, safety forms, and work logs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • 12-hour shift- working 7 days on/7 days off
  • Loading product into fuel truck.

Job Qualifications:
  • Must be able to follow safety standards and be safety conscious at all times
  • 18 years old or older and legally able to work in U.S.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively
  • Ability to communicate and/or exchange information and instructions
  • Stable work history
  • Pass a drug screen
  • Regular attendance and punctually is required
  • Hours are 3:30 - 3:30 7 days on-7 days off schedule

Physical Requirements:
  • Work outside in environmental conditions, which may include extreme heat or cold
  • Climb stairs and ladders
  • Lift 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
