To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • -10+ years of experience in construction contracting, sourcing using RFI and RFPs, and commercial negoiations, including using AIA-based agreements for capital projects (> $5 million). • Proven experience working across global construction programs and multi-region stakeholder environments (NA, EMEA, APAC). • Deep expertise in: o AIA contract structures and supplementary conditions. o Construction contracting and project delivery models. o Facilities and capital project sourcing. • Experience working with global facilities and construction management vendors such as JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, or CBRE. • Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment. • Experience using contract lifecycle management and procurement tools (such as Sirion, Ivalua). • Strong analytical mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume, global execution environment.
