Our client, a large national construction firm is looking to add a Project Manager with experience in Heavy Civil construction to their team in Phoenix, AZ!

If you’re a Heavy Civil Project Manager who thrives on complex infrastructure, strong field teams, and real ownership — this is where you want to be.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full lifecycle management of heavy civil / heavy highway projects ($10M+)
Financial oversight, forecasting, and cost control
CPM schedule development and updates (Primavera P6)
Change order strategy and negotiations
Leadership of Superintendents & Project Engineers
Client and stakeholder relationships
Risk management and project execution strategy
You’ll be accountable for delivering projects safely, on schedule, on budget — and with the level of quality the firm is known for.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
5-7+ years of heavy civil construction experience
Leading Projects up to $30 million
Experience with box culverts, roadway, paving and underground utilities
Strong forecasting and cost control expertise
Experience with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Excel

Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree
Leadership mindset and field credibility
