Job Description
About the Role:
As a CBRE Program Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation, evaluation, and presentation of research results for projects overseen by the team.
This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.
This jobs in onsite a few days a week at our client's campus in Indianapolis.
What You'll Do:
Maintain and distribute routine reports.
Submit purchase requisitions for supplier purchase orders / contracts
Monitor vendor invoicing against projects
Research budget and invoice issues
Assist with project closeout when project is work has been completed and ensure internal/external process compliance
Identifying budget or financial problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions
Monitor project financials / budget data and documentation
Use aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete evaluation and improvement.
Learn key systems and processes including providing knowledge transfer to teams.
Collaborate with personnel from other departments to assist with project implementation and process improvements.
Collect project schedules based on info and input from other team members and update to find schedule slippage or other program-related issues.
Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Impact the quality of own work.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
