Compensation: $98,000 - $147,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits

At BSI, we are seeking a Product Certification Auditor to conduct product certification assessments across diverse manufacturing environments. In this role, you'll ensure compliance with BSI's rigorous certification schemes and Kitemark standards, playing a key part in upholding product quality across industries.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct product certification assessments and deliver findings to clients
  • Recommend the issue, re-issue, or withdrawal of certificates based on compliance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and account growth
  • Lead assessment teams and mentor colleagues when required
  • Plan and schedule audits efficiently, maximizing time and revenue opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, scheduling visits, conducting assessments, and ensuring smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of industry experience in construction product manufacturing (Metals & Cast Iron, Plastics, Glass, Rubber, Electrical/Lighting products) or gas appliance manufacturing (GAR/PED)
  • Prior experience in product assessment or external auditing (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of factory process controls and ISO 9001 quality management systems
  • Ability to travel frequently (100%) across the US, Mexico, and Canada (must live near a major airport)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
