Job Objective

Responsible to perform maintenance and repairs of all mechanical equipment and systems. Performs interior and exterior building maintenance and repairs. Experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment, controls and monitoring systems required.

Job Standards
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of Carpenter apprenticeship or accredited trade school.
• Minimum of (5) years' experience in construction.
• Strong mechanical ability and aptitude. In-depth knowledge of various
construction methods and maintenance principles and procedures.
• Journey level experience in rough and finish Carpentry.
• Must have the ability to weld and cut metals.
• Responds diligently as well as efficiently with tasks and is accountable for
work performed.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• May be required to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
• May be required to work with rotating "On Call" schedule.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding maintenance tasks,
which include the ability to: climb ladders, work at heights and in tight
spaces, lift objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a hotel or large/luxury apartment fac.
• Must have a valid Wisconsin driver's license.
• Able to safely perform essential functions of the job without harm to
self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.
