Responsible for employees and job sites in the landscape construction department by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for all aspects of the construction job site including, but not limited to, customer service, equipment maintenance, materials, employee production, etc.*
- Ensures DOT compliance of all trucks and trailers in the construction department.*
- Reports all jobsite material inventory to the manager.*
- Demonstrates effective communicate with customers regarding any customer questions and all jobsite information as appropriate.*
- Maintains the safety of all direct reports as well as the safe operation of all construction equipment, including regular safety meetings.*
- Ensures quality control of all aspects of the jobsite.*
- Oversees the effective operation of all employees, and implement corrective action as needed.*
- Communicates regularly with the division manager and administrator.*
- Completes all work in company database on a daily basis.*
- Leads weekly safety meetings.*
- Attends weekly foreman meetings.*
- Ensures the completion of the crew's AM and PM routine.*
- Ensures customer expectations are met pre and post project visit.*
- Reports any and all equipment issues to the manager and shop administrator.*
- Responsible for all equipment preventative maintenance on a daily basis.*
- Completes assigned winter accounts.*
