Integrated Construction Coordinator I - Civil
SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced
Integrated Construction Coordinator
I
to join our Civil Group to review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants
through the use of ArcGIS platforms
. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Demonstrating the ability to be flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality will be vital for your success. Strong planning and organization skills are critical for completing your tasks.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO MINNEAPOLIS, MN AREA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, implementing, and coordinating Virtual Design and Construction processes through appropriate technology platforms
Utilizing Esri's ArcGIS platforms to aid in civil construction processes such as project planning and execution, analyzing geospatial data relevant to construction, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions to fit their needs.
Develop and implement custom scripts and automation tools using programming languages (e.g., Python) to enhance geospatial workflows and data management.
Perform raster and imagery analysis to extract valuable insights from spatial data.
Communicating with project field teams through ArcGIS Online and/or enterprise to deliver maps, dashboards, and analysis of project progress; data collection apps (Survey123, Field Maps, Quick Capture)
Collaborate with preconstruction teams to develop reports and presentations for customers through the use of StoryMaps.
Including, but not limited to Mortenson BIM/VDC uses: existing conditions modeling, cost estimation, phase planning (4D), site analysis, design reviews, 3D visualization, 3D coordination, site utilization planning, construction system design, digital fabrication, 3D control planning, and record modeling
Provide point of contact for team members on VDC processes and reports during all phases of construction
Document work process as it relates to improving and/or changing current company process standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates or Bachelor's degree in GIS, Cartography/Geography, Computer Science, Geospatial Sciences, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent field
Experience with ESRI's ArcGIS products including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise/Portal, Field Data Collection Apps and Maps, Dashboards, Experience Builder, and/or Autodesk AutoCAD collaboration with ArcGIS software backgrounds are preferred
Experience with GIS data management and analysis, spatial data testing and QA/QC, systems implementation planning and deployment
Experience with techniques to analyze, extract, locate data using geoprocessing tools or other solutions for data analysis.
1-3 years related experience
Energy and Infrastructure knowledge and/or experience is a plus

The base pay range for this role
is $84,100 - $105,100. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
