HVAC: Commercial Construction Installation Technician

Howell's Heating & Air is looking for a few top-notch HVAC Commercial Construction Installation Technicians to add to our Professional Team.
General Function: Performs a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks related to installing of equipment, controls, refrigerant piping, starting/commissioning systems for: heating, cooling, ventilation and related systems. Willing to self-manage workload on multiple construction projects from start to finish.
Minimum Requirements:
- Two years HVAC experience
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems
- Desire to perform beyond the mandatory job requirements
- Must pass a background and drug test
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift and carry
- Ability to stand, bend, crawl in tight spaces
- Ability to work efficiently in all weather extremes
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs while ascending a ladder
- Ability to work above ground level with no fear of heights
