We are seeking a
Hotel Construction Project Manager
to join our team. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in construction management, excellent coordination skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Requirements:
Must be able to travel frequently to job sites.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings and perform accurate take-offs.
Five or more years of construction experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee hotel construction projects from initiation to completion while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Negotiate and manage subcontractor contracts, ensuring all trades are efficiently signed out within budget.
Coordinate subcontractors and construction teams to meet contractual performance conditions.
Prepare and manage job status reports, daily progress updates, estimates, and delivery schedules.
Obtain necessary permits in collaboration with relevant entities.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that construction meets or exceeds company quality standards and client expectations.
Conduct daily project reviews to monitor quality, contract compliance, and adherence to budget and timelines.
Supervise and support superintendents to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet client requirements.
Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects, hiring qualified subcontractors and superintendents, and collaborating with engineers, architects, vendors, and clients.
Develop logical project schedules and allocate time and resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
Interpret and explain plans, contract terms, and project details to teams, clients, and subcontractors.
