Job Description
Job Title: General Labor

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift: 3:15pm to 11:45pm M-F

The General Labor position plays a key role in supporting the production process within our manufacturing facility. This position requires performing various tasks such as assembly, machine operation, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Employees will collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient operations and meet production goals.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assist in assembling components and finished goods.
  • Operate machines and perform quality checks.
  • Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
  • Organize and store materials properly.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
  • Maintain a safe, hazard-free workspace.
  • Report equipment issues or safety concerns.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure efficient production.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Meet production targets and follow product specifications.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and quality control.
  • Complete required safety training and procedures.
  • Clock in/out and be flexible for night or weekend shifts.

Qualifications
  • Must be able to perform all job duties.
  • Must be able to perform miscellaneous duties
  • Must be able learn the basics of the position within 30 days.

Work Environment: Work is performed in a manufacturing facility. Safety glasses, hearing protection and safety shoes are required at all times in the plant facility.

Physical Requirements: The ability to lift and move loads of 50 lbs, and bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work throughout the shift. The ability to maneuver in tight spaces and on different surfaces.
