Job Summary:
Assist with general property maintenance tasks to ensure buildings and grounds are well-maintained, performing basic repairs and supporting skilled tradespeople.
Responsibilities:
- Perform minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
- Assist with landscaping and grounds upkeep.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
- Help with inspections and identify maintenance issues.
- Report safety hazards and maintenance needs.
- Organize tools and supplies.
- Assist in finishing office and warehouse spaces.
