Responsibilities:
- Be willing to learn the big picture of job site management.
- Carry out both administrative and in-field tasks as needed.
- Learn new construction skills as needed.
- Assist carpenters, crew leaders, and supervisors with daily job site tasks.
- Load, unload, carry, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Help with remodeling, framing, demolition, repairs, punch-out work, and general construction tasks.
- Follow directions and work safely around tools, equipment, ladders, and other trades.
Required Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to follow directions and work well with a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical work.
Standout Qualifications:
- Previous job site Experience.
- Previous Leadership Experience.
- General knowledge of construction tools, methods, materials, and equipment.
- Knowledge of business, sales, marketing, or management.
- Post-Secondary Education.
