The Construction Supervisor – Electrical offers an opportunity to elevate your electrical career while working on some of the most technically advanced, mission-critical data center projects in the industry. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee electrical construction activities involving medium-voltage systems, switchgear, motor control centers (MCCs), and critical power distribution infrastructure that supports high-performance computing environments. You will lead field crews, coordinate across trades, and ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with NEC and project requirements. Requirements- Valid Journeyman Electrician License
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with proven experience working on medium voltage systems, switchgears, and motor control centers (MCCs).
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, mechanical plans, and blueprints.
- Exceptional supervisory and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with managers, peers, customers, and subcontractors.
- Proficient in applying local electrical codes and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Valid state driver’s license required.
Other important requirements:
- Pre-employment screening, including background check and substance testing may be required according to company policies.
- Must provide own steel-toed work boots; other PPE will be supplied.
- Must be able to reliably commute to the work site daily or have plans to relocate before starting work.
- Must be comfortable working a rotational schedule, which includes day and night shifts as well as weekend work, based on project needs.
- Employees working night shifts will receive a 15% premium added to their hourly rate only for hours worked during night shifts.
