Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish

Lead field personnel to ensure timely project completion, adherence to budget, and delivery of high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds all plans, specifications, and quality expectations

Monitor project schedules closely and proactively address any issues or delays

Facilitate weekly client meetings, document meeting notes, and communicate key items to the Project Manager

Manage material procurement and coordinate necessary inspections throughout the project lifecycle

Evaluate changes in project scope or budget and escalate appropriately for client approval

Thoroughly understand construction drawings, specifications, and processes

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members

Plan and lead final punch list walkthroughs and ensure all items are completed to satisfaction

Champion safety on the jobsite—promote a culture of safety, identify hazards, and ensure all workers follow safety protocols and policies

Keep the jobsite and construction office clean, organized, and professional

Contribute to business development efforts through relationship building and networking

Leverage existing industry connections to help secure future project opportunities
