The Safety Officer will ensure adherence to safety regulations, develop comprehensive safety plans, and foster a culture of workplace safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Job Site Presence – Maintain a daily on-site presence during normal construction hours.
- Safety Program Management – Implement and maintain safety policies, procedures, and programs for data center construction.
- Safety Documentation – Create and manage Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSP), Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), and Pre-Task Safety Analyses (PTSA)
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to OSHA and local safety regulations; conduct regular job site inspections.
- Incident Investigation – Investigate accidents, near-misses, and hazards; recommend corrective actions.
