ABOUT THE COMPANY

The Construction Project Manager coordinates all construction activities and coordinates with superintendent personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This position will report directly to the Project Executive.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager assists various public agencies and contractors in the development of renovation and modernization project scopes, reviews price proposals for accuracy, and manages work in the field through completion.

  • Subcontractor Buyout
  • Scheduling
  • Cost Projections
  • Coordinate with Owners and Architects
  • RFI's
  • Submittals
  • Running Owner, Architect, and Contractor (OAC) Meetings
  • Change Management
  • Review of Construction Documents and Specifications
  • Closeout Documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • 5+ years of General Construction experience required
  • Working knowledge of Procore, Office Suite, Bluebeam
  • Communication, supervisory and organizational skills are necessary

Compensation Package:

Pay will be commensurate with experience. Competitive salary in the $80K - $110K range. Benefits are included (medical insurance, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, etc.) Our company is a drug-free workplace.
