We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in commercial remodeling, drywall, and interior build-outs. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a variety of tenant improvement and renovation projects throughout the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial construction projects including office remodels, tenant improvements, drywall, and interior build-outs.

Oversee project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, procurement, and on-site operations.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Review plans, scopes of work, and change orders.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with estimators, superintendents, and company leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, progress, and financials.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on remodeling, drywall, and interior build-outs.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience working with commercial clients and subcontractors in the Phoenix market.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
