Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in commercial remodeling, drywall, and interior build-outs. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a variety of tenant improvement and renovation projects throughout the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects from pre-construction through final closeout.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial construction projects including office remodels, tenant improvements, drywall, and interior build-outs.

  • Oversee project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, procurement, and on-site operations.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.

  • Review plans, scopes of work, and change orders.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues.

  • Collaborate with estimators, superintendents, and company leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, progress, and financials.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on remodeling, drywall, and interior build-outs.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience working with commercial clients and subcontractors in the Phoenix market.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
