Key Responsibilities

Client & Proposal Management

• Prepare and send professional proposals to prospective and existing clients
• Proactively follow up to advance deals and support project timelines

Operations & Coordination

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow across teams
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, and equipment for field technicians

Office & Administrative Support

• Support internal processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and professionalism
• Previous office or operations experience preferred
• Low voltage experience is a plus
