Construction Management Accounting Professionals
Broward County, Florida | Confidential Career Conversations
Are you an accounting professional working in Construction Management and quietly thinking about your next step?
We are having confidential conversations with experienced Project Accountants, Accounting Managers, and Office/Accounting Managers who support General Contractors and Specialty/Subcontractors and want to advance their career without burning bridges.
These are career progression opportunities, not just job changes.
Who This Is For
Professionals currently working in:
- Project Accounting (WIP, Job Cost, Pay Apps, Draws)
- Construction Accounting Management
- Office / Accounting Management supporting project teams
Experience within commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction is highly valued.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for many of our clients.
Why These Opportunities Are Different
- Roles with stronger leadership exposure and growth paths
- Opportunities with established GCs and Subcontractors
- Companies seeking long-term accounting leadership, not just transaction support
- Better alignment between accounting, operations, and project teams
We work with multiple firms confidentially, many of whom do not advertise publicly.
What You Bring
- Construction accounting experience (GC or subcontractor)
- Understanding of job cost, budgets, and financial reporting tied to projects
- Ability to support operations, not just close the books
- Professional discretion and relationship awareness
