Location would be at our Newark NY construction site located at 130-132 Harrison St. This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Friday 7:00 am - 3:30pm. Pay Range is $20-$23/hr.

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to support residential construction projects in Newark, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and wants to contribute to meaningful community development projects.
Upon completion of construction projects, this position may transition into a Maintenance Technician role within our Property Management team.
