Job Description

We’re looking for full-time Construction Laborers who are ready to hit the road. This is a traveling position, staying in hotels nightly, working hands-on outdoors, and building a long-term career in the telecom industry. You’ll enjoy steady work with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company.

  • Class A CDL is a bonus if you have one, but not required

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment
  • Hand-dig to expose utilities using shovels, post hole diggers, or picks
  • Help install conduit, fiber, vaults, pedestals, anchors, and other underground infrastructure
  • Backfill and compact soil, clean up job sites, and restore property to its original condition
  • Work safely around heavy equipment and live utilities
  • Be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Follow directions, stay alert, and take pride in doing the job right

What It Takes

  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
  • Clean, insurable driving record required; Class A CDL is a bonus but not required
  • OSHA 10 Certification preferred; if not already certified, training is provided and paid for by the company
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and travel as required
  • Willing to stay in hotels as part of a traveling crew
  • Willing to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines
  • Able to follow directions, read basic prints or layouts, and use hand tools safely
  • Experience with digging, trenching, or construction work is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with underground utilities, fiber installation, or directional drilling is a plus
  • Team-oriented with a good attitude and willingness to learn
