NO MORE NYC COMMUTE! We are searching for an experienced GC estimator to join the team of a well-respected, well-established Long Island based general contractor/developer.
Candidates MUST have prior GC experience and will be asked to submit a projects list, including a bid:win ratio. Projects include: commercial/private; education; fire districts; libraries; multi-family/residential; municipalities; storage; warehouses, etc.
Candidates MUST be computer literate in industry specific software, i.e., OST, Quest, ProCore, etc.
Salary commensurate with experience
