Vander Hyde Mechanical, a family-owned business located on the Northwest side of Grand Rapids, is seeking an experienced and motivated, full-time licensed Electrician!

Skills, Knowledge, and Responsibilities:
- Install electrical systems at new construction job sites and remodel projects.
- Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
- Ability to interpret building plans to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Ability to self-manage and troubleshoot independently on the job site.
- Leads compliance with OSHA and other company safety standards.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of electrical principles, construction, and wiring schematics.
- Ability to lead a team and work independently.
Journeyman Electrician Requirements:
- Relevant hands-on 3 years experience
- Maintain and hold a valid Journeyman’s Electrician License
- Possess a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to use a wide variety of construction tools and techniques.
- Possess personal hand tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 4-day work week (Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts)
Pay Range: $25-$38/ per hour, based on experience.
