Responsibilities:
Financial Maestro: Manage all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Budgeting Guru: Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate budgets and proactively monitor and update them to reflect project changes.
Cost Control Champion: Implement strategies to optimize project profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Financial Analyst Extraordinaire: Analyze financial data, prepare insightful reports, and communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and mitigate financial risks to protect project investments.
Vendor Partner: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and review invoices for accuracy and approval.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA a plus).
Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience with 2+ years in real estate development or construction.

Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
