- Interface with the construction project managers to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors
- Examine specifications, proposals, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole
- Prepare estimates, written proposals, budgets, costs, and updates for clients and project managers
- Inspect the construction site to collect the necessary client requirement information
- Provide accurate and clear quantity takeoff information
- Provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience with Xactimate and Symbility
- Understanding of accounting, data and risk analysis, research methodology, and estimation metrics is vital
