About the Role:
The Service Shop Foreman at Ford Of Columbus will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the service department. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the service team, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards. The Foreman will also be tasked with managing workflow, scheduling, and providing technical guidance to technicians, thereby enhancing overall productivity. Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with dealership service operations
Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and repair.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a service environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of service technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
